Emily and Stefan held their wedding ceremony in Detroit at Messiah Church, built in 1903. The reception following was held in one of the Detroit area’s premier hotels: The Ritz Carlton of Dearborn.

I wanted to get word to your prospective clients about the skill you two displayed in photographing Em and Stefan’s wedding. The setting around Messiah Church is blighted but your camera’s perspective, especially with the groomsmen, changed urban and gritty into idyllic and pastoral. I love how you included the arched bridge on W. Grand Blvd in the photos. I remember worrying that the burned out warehouse next to the church would be an eyesore but you used it as a backdrop to create pictures that are nothing short of art. Stefan and I liked the juxtaposition of the wall, red brick and graffitti with the gowns and tuxedos. Anyone considering JLBwedding can be confident they are hiring talented and creative couple. Furthermore, Stefan and Em remarked on how easy it was to work w/ you and how inconspicuous you were during the whole affair. I’ll probably write again as different aspects of your workmanship occur to me.
