Payment Policy

Booking for wedding coverage does require signing a contract and making the first of three phase-by-phase completion payments equal to 1/3 of the package total. A second 1/3 payment is due halfway between booking and the wedding day, and finally the remaining 1/3 is due 30 days before the wedding. I do require payment-in-full up-front to reserve a date when booking 60 days or less to the wedding. Non-wedding sessions do require payment-in-full up-front to reserve a date and I don’t often book those further than 60 days out.

Cancellation or rescheduling of a wedding

When you book a photographer you are paying to reserve one specific date. If you change your date you lose your deposit (payment #1), sorry folks. Rescheduling is subject to the photographer’s availability and requires the signing of a new contract for a package of equal or greater value. A rescheduling fee, equal to the original contract’s payment #1, will be added to the new contract and due at the time of signing. Communicable disease-related rescheduling will not be exempt from the rescheduling fee. Not signing a new contract for a new date at the time of releasing the original date is a cancellation. All payments will be lost upon cancellation. Payments are Non-Refundable.
