TLDR; work with him, work with him, work with him. He’s completely queer and trans inclusive and celebratory, and felt like our brother by the end of our wedding day. Our friends and family adored him.

Working with Jeffrey was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. He literally helped me bustle my dress, you guys. Our photos are ancestor worthy, and that was the goal. One day our great grandchildren will be able to look at these photos and have a precise understanding of what our day FELT like. Our family and friends were immediately put at ease and he captured the most perfect pictures of our dear ones. They loved him, too.

A friend of ours is a photographer, and said that they learned as much as taking a master class just by watching him work throughout the day. He was everywhere and also a fly on the wall. My very shy wife felt completely comfortable working with him and now I have the best pictures of her that I will treasure for the rest of my life.

Planning the schedule of our day with Jeffrey was so easy. Our day was joy-filled and easygoing, and Jeffrey was a big part of that.

He did our engagement photo shoot in November in Ann Arbor, and most recently our wedding in June in Puerto Rico. We are beyond grateful for the beautiful memories he has given us.

I appreciated his professionalism, but also that he kept the vibes at a 10/10! Our engagement photos were quite cold in Ann Arbor and sweaty, hot and humid in Puerto Rico, but you would never know it because his positive attitude and enthusiasm is seriously infectious! Even our friends and family were raving about him during and after our wedding.

A top-notch photographer was our #1 non-negotiable. We've admired and followed JLB’s work for years. It was also important for us to work with a photographer who supports the LGBTQ+ community. So, when we got engaged he was the first person we called. We immediately clicked and knew it was meant to be.

Our journey around Detroit with our wedding party was a dream. He took us to interesting and beautiful places and it was such a cool experience. The GIFS he made! He captured every detail, every intimate moment, every smile, every tear. We even tasked him with taking large family photos after our ceremony and he did not bat an eye!

The day of the wedding can always be chaotic. JLB was very patient and even set a great tone that made us feel less nervous. He was also synchronized with our other vendors.

Our family and friends loved working with him as well. He made everyone laugh and feel comfortable at every moment.

When we got the photos back, we sobbed. They were SO good. He truly captured us as a couple.
